Project Manager
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage up to five software development projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines.
-
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
-
Develop detailed project plans, monitor and track progress, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
-
Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, adjusting as needed to meet client and company expectations.
-
Liaise with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparency.
-
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies in projects, resolving them promptly.
-
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to Rajang Digital Solutions' standards and processes.
-
Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies, optimizing efficiency.
-
Collaborate closely with teams across the company, including developers, designers, and other project managers.
-
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software or digital solutions company.
-
Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
-
Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
-
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
-
Problem-solving mindset, proactive in addressing project issues and bottlenecks.
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.​​
