Telegram is known for its simplicity, speed, and security. As the popularity of the app grows, users, especially business owners should explore the possibilities of using this app to extend their customer base to further grow their business. One powerful feature Telegram offers is the integration of chatbots. The adoption of chatbots is rapidly spreading due to their versatility and robustness in different domains. This workshop will introduce RaDial to the participants, a chatbot developed and integrated into Telegram to improve the process of data collection using interactive functions with the users.
